Zev J. Eigen is a labor/employment and amusement litigator with greater than a decade of considerable experience managing complex negotiations, alternative dispute decision and wellknown contract law. Eigen has developed a specific heritage in representing clients inside the entertainment industry and the eating place and hospitality industry. He previously served as Senior Counsel to Twentieth Century Fox, wherein he represented Fox in all sides of its relationships with the amusement industry hard work organizations consisting of the Screen Actors Guild, the Writers Guild and the Directors Guild. Prior to joining Fox, Eigen labored as an partner with the law office, Littler Mendelson, wherein he represented severa groups in labor and employment subjects.
Eigen’s articles have appeared inside the Cornell Hotel & Restaurant Administration Quarterly, Dispute Resolution Journal, Fordham Law Review, Connecticut Law Review and the University of Pennsylvania’s Journal of Labor and Employment Law and.
