Zach has big experience in complex civil litigation in both nation and federal courts, which include excessive-effect litigation towards prisons, jails, towns, counties, regulation enforcement groups, and Fortune 500 organizations. Zach graduated from the University of Florida, Frederic G. Levin School of Law, in which he served because the Executive Articles Editor for the Florida Law Review, Board has club of the Florida Journal of International Law, and as a Senior Fellow for the Institute for Human Rights, Peace & Development. During law school, Zach also had the wonderful privilege of operating for the Honorable Timothy J. Corrigan and the Honorable Monte C. Richardson and volunteering good sized time to various felony useful resource groups. Before founding Highlands Law Office, Zach worked with one of the preeminent law workplaces within the State of Florida on high-profile cases after which spent several years in studies and consulting, advocating for mental fitness and substance use treatment -- in preference to incarceration -- for individuals involved with the criminal justice device.
