About
Zach is a founding Partner of Ball Morse Lowe and chief of the company’s Oil, Gas + Energy Practice Group. He is familiar with the cost of his consumer’s time and resources, and he believes that considerate answers to the patron’s demanding situations may be carried out both expeditiously and economically.
Zach’s exercise includes preparation of acquisition, drilling and division order name opinions for electricity groups running in Oklahoma and North Dakota, in addition to illustration of customers in different transactional matters related to the oil and gas industry. Additionally, he represents clients in enterprise and real estate matters, which include lease negotiations, acquisitions and divestitures.
Zach is a (getting better) -time Ironman triathlon finisher, a hack golfer, and an avid fly fisherman. He serves on the board of Trinity Legal Clinic of Oklahoma and is a member of City Presbyterian Church. He is also the Past President of the Oklahoma City Real Property Lawyers Association and is the cutting-edge Chairperson-Elect of the Real Property Law Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
A native Oklahoman, Zach grew up in Edmond and now lives in Oklahoma City together with his wife, Christa (along side delusional dogs and a conniving cat).
