Yasha Heidari is a founding member of Heidari Power Law Group LLC (H&P). He is widely recognized both for his litigation recognition and for his versatility. Yasha has given lectures and presided over seminars in lots of regions of the regulation, together with ethics law, administrative and regulatory regulation, first-class business practices, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and the position of Intellectual Property within the age of virtual media. Moreover, Yasha has presented severa papers with topics ranging from modern day questions concerning technology to complex sport-concept fashions on the London School of Economics. Yasha holds a juris medical doctor diploma from Emory University School of Law, where he graduated with honors and served as Senior Editor at the Emory International Law Review, and he has been inducted into Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Sigma Tau, and Pi Sigma Alpha. Yasha acquired his undergraduate diploma from Emory University, wherein he graduated with excessive honors and within the top 3% of his class.
