William Bill Stanger s legal philosophy is to provide price-effective representation, straight-talk advice, and to preserve his clients reputations and enterprise relationships intact.
Prior to putting out on his personal in 2021, Bill represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a extensive form of real property, construction and coverage litigation all through California with the Los Gatos law office Sweeney Mason LLP, and the now-closed Oakland regulation office Boornazian, Jensen & Garthe. Bill has been an authorized California legal professional since 2014.
Bill earned his JD at the University of California, Davis School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Business Law Journal Volume 14, gained the 2013 Doremus/Anthon Writing Prize and clerked for the California Lawyer General s Office, the Governor s Office of Legal Affairs, the California Environmental Protection Agency, the California Energy Commission and the Law Revision Commission.
Before shifting to California, Bill had a 9-year career in business actual estate improvement and asset management in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Bill is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, class of 2002.
