William has been registering logos and copyrights for over a decade. He started out his career as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office wherein he become an expert on 3-dimensional laptop pics, animation, graphical consumer interfaces, and photograph processing. He then joined a patent boutique to do patent clearance searches. Next, William joined every other regulation office to paintings on trademark prosecution and litigation. He has filed masses of copyright applications and has worked on copyright infringements. Upon moving to Ohio, he joined Frost Brown Todd to work on imposing emblems. He founded Lehner Law, LLC in 2020.
William has labored on behalf of a chief toy manufacturer to shield it’s well-known trademark on a doll. He has helped to shut down pornography websites that traded off of the doll’s likeness.
William has labored for a first-rate vehicle producer to save you the importation of counterfeit airbags with the aid of registering emblems with america. Customs and Border Protection.
William has labored for a first-rate store to rebrand standard trademarks to look as similar as possible to top class brands.
William presently handles emblems, enterprise formation, and litigation.
William graduated from Capital University Law School. He is a member of the International Trademark Association, American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, and the Columbus Bar Association.
William has amusing working on trademarks. When he is not operating, he enjoys kayaking and trekking together with his dog.
