William J. Gerken is a litigation lawyer practicing in HoganWillig’s Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice departments. His focus areas within the Personal Injury Department consist of automobile injuries, slip and fall injuries, wrongful demise, canine bite incidents, and sexual abuse instances involving Child Victims Act protections.
Prior to joining HoganWillig, Mr. Gerken studied insurance coverage underneath one of the nation’s predominant experts and clerked for Hon. Lisa Bloch Rodwin at New York State Family Court in an externship function operating on infant abuse and neglect cases.
Mr. Gerken graduated from the University of Buffalo Law School and Rochester’s Institute of Technology. He is a normal lecturer at place faculties and CLE meetings in addition to an active network volunteer for organ donation, teenagers mentoring, and crisis counseling.
