Bill joined McCandlish & Lillard, P.C. as Senior Counsel on January 1, 2009, bringing with him 35 years of experience in coping with complicated, multi-celebration commercial litigation in federal and kingdom courts; arbitrating and mediating business, insurance, securities, and employment disputes; and counseling enterprise customers on a wide variety of contracting, employment, creditor rights, and entity formation subjects. Bill is certified to practice regulation in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Before becoming a member of the firm, he become Of Counsel within the Washington, DC workplace of Pepper Hamilton LLP.
