A graduate of the University of Houston Law Center, Mr. Broemer practices nearly exclusively within the regions of Labor and Employment Law, Employee Benefits (ERISA) Litigation and Plan Design/Compliance issues, and Risk Management. Mr. Broemer represents often self-insuring employers, employee welfare gain plans, 0.33 celebration directors, plan reinsurers, and local government plans.
Mr. Broemer is also a leading member of the ABA s Labor and Employment Law Section and Employee Benefits Committee ("ABA-EBC"), as well as a contributing member of Sub-Committees on Welfare Benefits Plans, Federal Civil Procedure, and ERISA Preemption.
