A native Oregonian, Bill graduated cum laude from Michigan State University in pre-law research before attending the University of Oregon Law School, graduating in 1974. He has been in private practice in Eugene on the grounds that that year. Bill s law practice emphasizes small enterprise topics, actual estate matters, inclusive of complicated transactions, and property planning and probate subjects. His clients includes numerous neighborhood companies and specialists. He has been a member of the Oregon State Bar Business Law Section, the Real Estate and Land Use Section, and the Estate Planning and Administration Section on account that their inception. He is a beyond member and chairperson of the Oregon State Bar Foreign and International Law Committee, and has actively served on numerous Lane County Bar committees and sections over time. He is a protracted-time member and beyond chair of the Lane County Joint Realtor Lawyer Committee. In addition, he has chaired the Lane County Bar Community Education and Law Day Committee several times, in conjunction with serving as the Law Day Activity Coordinator for Lane County faculties for nearly two many years. › ›
