Wayne earned his J.D. Degree from the University of Arkansas in 2002 and his LL.M in Taxation from the University of Missouri in 2003. Wayne has giant experience in taxation, estate making plans, real property and popular enterprise regulation drawing on a long time of enterprise experience prior to getting into the practice of regulation having first obtained his B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern State University in 1990. He concentrates his practice in the regions of property making plans, probate, wills and trusts, contract and transactional regulation, enterprise and business law, contracts, real property, taxation and commercial enterprise litigation and appeals.
Wayne is admitted to practice earlier than the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma; U.S. Tax Court; U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma; and the Cherokee Nation Tribal Courts.
Wayne is lively in a number of professional groups consisting of the Cherokee Nation Bar, the Cherokee County Bar Association, and is a tribal member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. Wayne and his circle of relatives attend Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Tahlequah.
