Victoria M. Scozzaro, Esq. is a Labor and Employment Law attorney in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Buffalo office, where she focuses her exercise on federal zone labor and employment law.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Victoria became an Associate Lawyer at a Keene, New Hampshire regulation workplace, wherein she represented customers throughout New England in suits and administrative complaints (such as government agencies and in courtroom) springing up out of employment disputes such as wrongful termination, discrimination claims, harassment claims, retaliation, non-solicitation and non-opposition clauses, salary and hour disputes, and other factors of employment. As a Bureau of Legal Affairs Intern for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, Victoria researched and wrote policy guidelines on issues involving Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), and different federal and kingdom legal guidelines.
