I have 37 years of expert revel in. I currently exercise ordinarily own family law and probate regulation in Comal, Guadalupe and Hays counties. I was certified through the State Bar of Texas in 1979 and am admitted to practice within the Federal Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the USA. I acquired a BA with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1976, and obtained a JD with Distinction, from St. Marys University School of Law 1979. While in law school, I become a member of the John M. Harlan Society, Phi Delta Phi Honorary Legal Fraternity and the Legal Research Board. I am presently a member of the Comal County Bar Association, Family Law Section State Bar of Texas and a Fellow of the College of the State Bar.
