Tyler Claringbole joined Herrling Clark Law Office in 2015 after previously running on the Firm as a regulation clerk.
Tyler has a fashionable practice with an emphasis on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, banking, employment regulation, commercial and home real estate, and municipal law. Tyler additionally presently serves as a Commissioner of Condemnation for Outagamie County, a role to which he was appointed through the Outagamie County Circuit Court judges.
Originally from the Fox Valley location, Tyler graduated from Freedom High School and received his Bachelor s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business in which he majored in Finance, Investments, and Banking. While completing his undergraduate degree, Tyler spent one semester reading on the University of Sydney and another semester completing a sensible internship with Merrill Lynch.
Tyler earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While enrolled on the University of Wisconsin Law School, Tyler served as Senior Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and as a judicial intern for Chief Judge William M. Conley of the USA District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
Tyler is a graduate of Leadership Fox Cities, a program of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the Leadership Fox Cities Alumni Association. Tyler is also actively engaged in the network thru his role as educate for the Appleton West High School varsity mock trial crew and as a member of the scholarship committee for the yearly Red Smith Sports Awards.
Outside of labor, Tyler enjoys all things sports activities-related and spending time along with his spouse and two sons.
