I actually have practiced immigration and nationality law during the USA, however ordinarily in New York. I specialise in immigration litigation for EOIR matters along with asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment, habeas corpus, deferred movement, waivers and appellate work. I even have received numerous offers each in immigration courtroom and at the asylum office for customers from China, Haiti, South America, Africa, and Eastern Europe. I currently have the privilege of working at Wildes & Weinberg, PC, one of the most well-respected immigration companies in the United States, based in 1960 and serving a prominent clientèle.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania (2006) and a JD from Villanova Law School (2010). While at Villanova, I participated in the CARES asylum sanatorium, and I labored with the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Office of the Principal Legal Advisor. I am admitted to exercise law in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, in addition to the federal districts of New Jersey, and the Eastern and Middle districts of Pennsylvania. I am fluent in Romanian and familiar with French.
My desires are to provide a clean approach to each purchaser, to keep them knowledgeable of all case trends, and to press instances till I achieve a good adjudication. I am privileged to serve my customers along my prominent colleagues at Wildes & Weinberg, PC.
