I believe in getting things completed proper! As a young guy I actually have watched and were tutored by using many of Idaho s important criminal trial lawyers. I have observed numerous crook trials, and treated hundreds of criminal cases. I actually have revel in as a public defender, Judicial Clerk Extern, and as a prosecuting legal professional worker in Canyon County. But what I agree with truly units me apart is my willingness to go the more mile. I consider in tireless advocacy, sincere communication, interest to detail, and supplying high value and less costly provider to every consumer. My empathy and compassion for my customers role allows me to go the more mile for them. I am a firm believer in our justice machine and agree with everybody is innocent until proven responsible. Retaines and Rates
I paintings on a retainer machine. Each case has a sure retainer, it's miles non-refundable. I charge 70/hr. If I do no longer meet the retainer restrict in guy hours my purchaser gets that money refunded. If we go to trial the retainer can be negotiated to compensate for the boom cost of going to trial.
