Tracy Jackson Willis acquired her Bachelor of Arts degree from the Lockhaven University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law. Tracy graduated Summa Cum Laude and earned the Marcia Blanchard Wilbur Memorial Award for extremely good lady pupil in reputation of great management and advanced instructional success from Western State University College of Law. Tracy s bar membership includes the United States District Court, Central District of California.
Tracy served as a prison studies extern to Justice William F. Rylaarsdam of the 4th Appellate District Court. Tracy also pleasant tuned her writing capabilities on law evaluate and served on the Western State University College of Law School Board as Business Editor and Parliamentarian.
