Tom facilitates navy and veterans carry non-public damage complaints against the government with Whitehurst, Harkness, Brees, Cheng, Alsaffar, & Higginbotham, PLLC. He serves as a co-chair of AYLA-Austin Bar Judicial Program, is a member of the Calvert Inn of Court, and a ridicule trial teach at UT. Previously, he clerked at the Fifth Circuit. In law faculty, he became editor-in-leader of the Baylor Law Review.
