I was at the start skilled and licensed as a mediator by using the Cincinnati Institute of Justice in 1982, whilst serving as a neutral for the City of Cleveland, Ohio. In 2013, I refreshed my training with a 40-hour American Arbitration Association mediation skills education seminar. While I preserve a modest private regulation practice representing small groups in NEPA, the point of interest of my exercise is now as a impartial, facilitating the resolution of conflicts and settlement of disputes for organizations and people. I am prepared to facilitate the resolution of maximum any type of warfare, but my three decades as a Business Lawyer approach I am especially familiar with commercial enterprise and industrial disputes, together with shareholder conflicts, partnership disputes, settlement claims, production, employment, discrimination, and other industrial matters. I offer Mediation offerings broadly speaking in Northeast Pennsylvania, North New Jersey, and the Southern Tier of New York.
