TIMOTHY L. ALLEN obtained his Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law in 2009 where he graduated with Honors in the Child, Family and Elder Law attention. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Communication/Journalism from Virginia Tech in 2006, graduating magna cum laude, and was inducted into Kappa Tau Alpha, journalism and mass media honor society.
