Tim joined Sandberg Phoenix in 2002, leads the organization’s Appellate and Complex Litigation Team, and is Chair of Professional Development. In addition, he has served as chair of the company’s Paralegal Group.
Focusing on complicated litigation regarding product liability claims, enterprise disputes, appellate practice, and class moves, Tim regularly consults with trial lawyers inside the courtroom and colleagues at the firm who regularly look to him for sparkling, creative ideas while faced with uncommon instances related to loads of shifting elements. He and his Appellate Team frequently assist in protecting the file and maintaining any judicial mistakes for attraction. As a member of the company’s Insurance Team, Tim serves as coverage counsel in general for insurance groups. He also works with the firm’s Class Action Team to improve our customers’ hobbies in what frequently turn out to be “wager the corporation” instances.
