I am a graduate of the University of Washington in which I obtained my bachelor’s diploma in 1989. In 1993 I graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law. After a brief stint operating for the Pima County Prosecuting Lawyer’s Office, I found out my abilties and passions have been better served to defend human beings and not prosecuting them. The “achieve a conviction regardless of the man or woman statistics” mentality has by no means appealed to me and seems counterproductive to acquiring a just result. I moved returned to Washington and began my criminal protection exercise.
Though I even have defended people who have been charged with the whole lot starting from simple theft to severe violent offenses considering the fact that 1996 I have centered my energies on representing humans accused of DUI. Over that time frame I even have seen the country of Washington, its courts and prosecutors pay less and much less regard for the dignities of these charged with DUI. Virtually every law drafted in that time by means of our state legislators has been done with the aim of growing penalties whilst making sure the playing subject is slanted inside the state’s favor. That, more than some thing, fuels my preference to be a DUI attorney and to advise for the ones charged with DUI.
