Thomas M. Thompson graduated from University of Notre Dame in 1990 with a B.A. in Government and International Studies. Mr. Thompson then attended regulation college at Indiana University-Bloomington, where he served at the editorial workforce of the Indiana Law Journal and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 1993.
