Mr. Russomano ordinarily practices in business litigation with a focal point on franchised motor car dealer litigation, felony malpractice, oppressed minority shareholder litigation as well as implementing unit owners’ rights under the New Jersey Condominium Act. Mr. Russomano has represented numerous franchised motor car sellers, protective their pastimes beneath the New Jersey Franchise Practices Act. In addition, Mr. Russomano turned into a success in helping motor automobile sellers hold their franchises and/or reap a reinstatement in their franchise under Section 747 of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010, Pub. L. No. 111-17, 123 Stat. 3034, 3186-88.
