Thomas Benke acquired his bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1984, running summers as an Engineer in Training within the petrochemical plant life and oil fields of east Texas. He started out his profession as a hazardous waste allow writer at the Texas Water Commission (now the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality) and was the lead permit creator for most of the commercial risky waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facilities within the country. He graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 1992 and focuses on environmental law (with huge enjoy in RCRA, CERCLA and CWA matters) as Managing has club of ECO LLC. Thomas serves as Executive Director of ECO International, a non-income he created to engage in environmental reaction paintings in Russia, China and Uganda and also as President of the Portland-Khabarovsk Sister City Association.
