Graduated from Villa Julie College in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science degree in pre-law/paralegal research. I attended Widener University of Law in Wilmington, Delaware in 1992 and graduated in 1995.
I turned into admitted to the MD Bar and Fed. Bar for the usFederal Court for the District of MD in 1996, and was employed as an associate attorney with the organization of Charles E. Chlan & Assoc. from 1988 until 2002. In 2002, I left Charles E. Chlan & Assoc. to begin my personal solo law exercise in Bel Air, MD.
My number one area of awareness is in own family law, such as divorce, custody, home violence, and all aspects of domestic family members instances. I additionally offer criminal representation for Chapter 7 financial ruin, crook defense and personal damage instances.
I have been a self employed, sole practitioner for the reason that 2002, and frequently practice before the District and Circuit Courts in Harford County, Cecil County and Baltimore County. I frequently seem in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of MD.
