Tom Downs is an Estate Planning Lawyer who currently resides in Laurel, Maryland together with his spouse, Margie Lazzati Downs. They have three children, Patrick, Lauren, and Joseph Downs.
Patrick is married, and is a civilian worker of the USA Army, following five years carrier as an Army officer. He served a one year tour in Afghanistan, in the course of which he lead severa dangerous missions. We are happy with his carrier and grateful that he and his team made it domestic competently. We have a first-rate appreciation for folks who serve, and what they and their households do.
Lauren is married. She teaches at Pallotti High School. She has one infant, Braden, who's a -12 months-vintage pleasure for all.
Joe is a laptop scientist at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab. He is also very lively in gymnastics and in local theater.
Tom grew up in Greenbelt, Maryland because the 1/3 of 8 children of Jack and Dee Downs. Margie is the 6th of ten youngsters of Jimmie and Rosemary Lazzati. She grew up close to Memorial Stadium and claims to have babysat for the Orioles. She in reality watched their children.
They are parishioners of St. Mary of the Mills Church in Laurel. Tom has served at the parish council. He is also a past Board has membership for St. Vincent Pallotti High School and turned into Board Chair for three years.
Tom received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1978. He received his Juris Doctors’ diploma from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1982. He became later that 12 months admitted to exercise law inside the State of Maryland.
Upon graduating from regulation college, Mr. Downs served as law clerk to the Honorable Arthur M. Ahalt, Judge for the Circuit Court of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Thereafter, due to the fact 1983, he has actively participated in the personal practice of regulation, to start with coping with quite a number civil cases, such as home family members, non-public harm, estates,and guardianships.
