Mr. Rollins focuses his regulation exercise on Consumer Bankruptcy Law. Thomas is married to Jocelyn G. Rollins, a nurse at University of Mississippi Medical Center, and attends Christ United Methodist Church in Jackson. His own family enjoys golfing, travelling, and tune.
