Tom has worked each as a public defender and in personal exercise. He has seemed in Oregon courts from the Oregon Supreme Court right down to the nearby Justice courts. He has had a litigation based exercise for more than three many years.
Tom has major hobbies in the law--aggressive protection of adults and youngsters charged with crimes and zealous representation of youngsters and adults inside the juvenile dependency system. Tom is often asked to talk about his reviews and offer trainings to legal professionals and to businesses consisting of CASA, caseworkers, mental fitness providers, foster parents and others.
Tom is an avid reader, proud father and grandfather and a protracted suffering fan of the Detroit Lions, the latter truth proving he has an affection for underdogs and below achievers.
