Adams & Hayes Law was founded in 2000 by using partners Therese A. Adams, Esq. and Susan E. Hayes, Esq. Ms. Susan Hayes is now retired from the corporation. Ms. Adams, with 30 years enjoy in settlement drafting and negotiation, specializes in Estate Planning, Trust Administration and Probate.
Ms. Adams has a Bachelor of Science diploma in Business Administration and a Masters diploma in Business Administration from California Coast University. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of Sacramento and holds the Associate of Risk Management (ARM) certification from the Insurance Institute of America.
Ms. Adams is a member of the State Bar of California and the Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of California. She is likewise a member of the Bar Associations in Sacramento, Placer, Yuba, and Sutter counties, and a member of Women Lawyers of Sacramento. Ms. Adams is a California Licensed Private Fiduciary.
