A Lee County, Florida native, Theresa Daniels acquired her Bachelor of Science diploma in Business Management from Hodges University (formerly International College) in Fort Myers. She later graduated with honors from Barry University School of Law in Orlando. While in law college, she turned into a Senior Editor for the Barry Law Review, Executive Board has membership of the Barry Association of Women Lawyers, has membership of the Student Trial Advocacy Team, and Certified Legal Intern representing juvenile defendants through the school s Children and Families Clinical software. Prior to attending regulation school, Theresa become the President, Founder and Non-Lawyer Claimant Representative of Disability Advocates, Inc., in Fort Myers. Prior to forming Daniels Law, P.A., Theresa become an Associate Lawyer at the law office of Kelley Kronenberg, where she dealt with Workers Compensation defense cases and Social Security incapacity claims. Theresa is admitted to exercise in Florida courts and is admitted to practice within the U.S. District Court-Middle District of Florida.
