Mr. Persad has worked within the legal profession for over twenty years. He is certified to exercise regulation in Florida, the US Virgin Islands, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and before the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his Juris Doctor degree and his Masters in Public Administration diploma from the University of Akron in 1993 and 1994, respectively. He additionally holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration from the University of the Virgin Islands and a diploma in paralegal studies from New York University.
Mr. Persad s enjoy in the felony subject includes experience as a lawyer, licensed mediator, and arbitrator. He has labored on complex business litigation and sophistication action instances, complex enterprise and actual property transactions, corporate criminal matters, severe criminal instances, along with homicide cases, business immigration cases, and complicated divorces with excessive asset cost.
