I am a Dodge City lawyer with offices at 107 Layton Street, Suite A, Dodge City, Kansas, focusing my practice within the regions of Estate Planning, Family Business/Small Business Succession Planning, Probate, Trust Administration, Elder Law, and associated topics. I obtained my Bachelor of Business Administration and Finance Degree in 1985 from Wichita State University. I am a 1990 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, wherein I graduated with High Honors. While on the University of Tennessee, I served at the Tennessee Law Review and turned into decided on to the Order of the Coif. I am a past officer of the Elder Law Section of the Kansas Bar Association and the Board of Editors of the Journal of the Kansas Bar Association. I was appointed to the Kansas Continuing Legal Education Commission by using the Kansas Supreme Court in 2004, and the Kansas Board of Law Examiners in 2009. I am a past president of the Ford-Gray County Bar Association, and am a member of the Southwest Kansas, Kansas and American Bar Associations. I additionally am a member of Wealth Counsel, Inc., a countrywide consortium of Estate Planning Lawyers. I am a common lecturer on the topic of Wills, Trusts and Estates.
