Stuart M. Gottlieb graduated from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in 1970 and a Master of Science in 1975. He attended Brooklyn regulation School and graduated with a Juris Doctor, cum laude, in 1980. He later acquired a Master of laws in Estate Planning from the University of Miami in 2000. In 1981, he became admitted to the bars in Florida and New York, and became admitted as an attorney of and qualified to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida.
