Stratton A. Smiley became born in Ohio, however has been a south Florida resident for the past fourteen years. Mr. Smiley acquired his Bachelor of Arts diploma in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Florida Atlantic University. While at FAU, Mr. Smiley constantly made the Dean’s List, President’s List, and was a Scholar Athlete.
Upon graduating, Mr. Smiley handed the Florida Bar Exam with one of the maximum scores in the kingdom and was the speaker on behalf of the newly admitted lawyers on the Florida Fourth District Court of Appeal’s induction ceremony.
