Current practice is composed generally of advising individuals and small enterprise regarding insolvency and debt alleviation, and representing debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy instances filed inside the Western and Eastern District of Wisconsin. Daily practice consists of patron counseling, exemption planning, coaching of schedules and statements, and litigation concerning exemptions, liens, transfers, and options under Sections 522, 544, 547 and 548 of the Bankruptcy Code. Litigation practice additionally includes representing clients within the trial and appeal of adversary actions, most typically claims added in opposition to borrowers below Section 523(a)(2)(A) and 523(a)(2)(B) of the Bankruptcy Code.
