Steven M. Romanoff is an authorized lawyer and actual estate broker in California.
He obtained his undergraduate diploma in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. In 1987, he acquired his regulation degree from the University of San Diego Law School and graduated in the pinnacle 2% of his class. Mr. Romanoff began his legal career at Gray, Cary, Ames & Frye (now DLA Piper) in their Real Estate department in 1987. In 1992, he hooked up a sole practice in La Jolla, California focusing on commercial enterprise and real estate transactions. From 1992 to 2003, he represented severa developers, investors, lenders and enterprise proprietors with business and actual property transactions totaling over $150,000,000. From 2003 via mid-2009, Mr. Romanoff was General Counsel to a private industrial lender, handling all criminal components of the mortgage enterprise, and assisted in setting over $one million,000 in real estate loans, and treated mortgage exercises and management of distressed REO. Since 2009, he works for a non-public hedge fund and handles actual estate and enterprise transactions for other customers.
