I have practiced intellectual property regulation on the grounds that 1982. I represent customers in highbrow property litigation, and in United States and worldwide prosecution topics. My litigation experience involves patents, logos, copyrights, unfair competition and trade secrets and techniques.
Technical understanding includes audio and video circuitry, laptop hardware and software program, database structures, electronic commerce, digital discharge machining (EDM), multimedia and virtual communications, online auction generation, semiconductor devices, telecommunications, and the general mechanical arts.
I actually have controlled company transactions related to the transfer of highbrow assets and licensing rights, infringement and validity opinions. Construction and control of intellectual assets licensing programs, and counseling also are areas of my exercise.

Admitted to many federal courts, the USA Supreme Court, and United States Patent & Trademark Office.
