I served as a Worker s Compensation Judge for many years, so I actually have a totally exceptional attitude from all different lawyers. As a Judge, I saw lawyers present instances from both aspects, so I know exactly what proof I want to present to the judge to get him to rule in your prefer. Since leaving the bench as a Judge, I have restricted my practice solely to representing injured workers in employees compensation cases. I know the regulation, and I recognise a way to get you all the blessings which you deserve. Unlike many different attorneys, I do not and could not constitute coverage corporations or employers.
