Mr. Barbas is a Florida Bar Board Certified Workers’ Compensation Lawyer. He attended Stetson University, where he changed into elected to club within the Phi Society sponsored by using Phi Beta Kappa. He was also a member of the Sigma Nu Social Fraternity. He acquired a Bachelor of Science degree in 1976 from Florida State University and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University, New Orleans in 1979 in which he graduated in the top 10% of his class and become a published member of the Loyola Law Review.
