Stephen David Koehler earned his Bachelor of Science in English and Computer Science diploma from State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1987 and his Juris Doctor from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1991. Mr. Koehler joined the corporation in 2012 after owning his own company when you consider that 1999. Mr. Koehler is admitted to exercise in the State Courts of North Carolina, and in North Carolina s Middle and Western United States District Courts.
Mr. Koehler has dealt with and tried cases in almost every region of commercial enterprise and tort litigation. Mr. Koehler has treated essential instances regarding General Civil Litigation consisting of Contract Disputes, Construction Law, Collections, Commercial Landlord-Tenant conflicts, Appellate Practice Employment Law, Wage and Hour Act, Trade Secret and Non-Compete Disputes, Consumer Fraud, Personal Injury, Condemnation and Zoning Disputes, Products Liability, Criminal Defense, Automobile Negligence and Premises Liability as well as Workers Compensation. He is a Court-certified Mediator and Arbitrator.
An energetic trial legal professional, Mr. Koehler tried four cases to jury verdict in 2011, triumphing every one for his customers. He has efficiently argued landmark cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals and the North Carolina Industrial Commission.
Mr. Koehler is an energetic member of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, The North Carolina Bar Association, the Mecklenburg Bar and the North Carolina State Bar.
When now not working towards regulation, Mr. Koehler is a high college and college sports activities legit, refereeing football, lacrosse, and volleyball. He lives in Waxhaw, North Carolina along with his spouse of 29 years, and 3 sons.
