I am a graduate of Baylor University and I acquired my law degree from St. Mary s University. I am often a transactional attorney. I am board licensed through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in the area of Farm and Ranch Real Estate, and Oil, Gas and Mineral Law, however, my exercise consists of all elements of real property regulation. My exercise areas consist of the following: company and enterprise formation, corporate governance, company securities, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, real property, oil and gas regulation, power finance, commercial litigation, economic organization and banking law, advanced property making plans probate law. I additionally practice water law, environmental regulation and herbal resource conservation.
