Stephen J. Silverberg is nationally diagnosed as a frontrunner within the areas of property making plans, property management, asset protection making plans, and elder regulation. He is a past president of the distinguished National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers (NAELA), and a founding member and past president of the New York State chapter of NAELA. He holds the designation of a Certified Elder Law Lawyer (CELA), provided by using the National Elder Law Foundation. There are fewer than 520 CELAs at some point of the USA.
