I constitute clients in the regions of DUI defense, family regulation, crook protection, tort and agreement claims, private harm claims, administrative regulation, municipal enterprise regulation, open records and open meetings law, and appellate illustration. I am a graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. I served as a regulation clerk and body of workers lawyer for the Kentucky Court of Appeals for Judge Sara W. Combs and Judge Joseph R. Huddleston. I am licensed to practice in all country courts in Kentucky, the U. S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, and the U. S. Supreme Court. I am a member and Past-President of the twelfth Judicial Circuit Bar Association (Oldham, Henry & Trimble Counties), and the Kentucky Bar Associations.
