I am a land use, actual estate and regulatory lawyer, licensed in Washington State and Oregon. I had been training law for the reason that 1994. My practice consists of supporting customers with land use programs and appeals, regulatory approvals, drafting and reviewing real estate buy and sale documents, easements and rentals. I have unique enjoy operating with regulatory groups which includes the Oregon Liquor Control Commission and the Washington State Liquor Control Board with respect to marijuana licensing and the Oregon Department of Agricultural concerning business hemp. I also have enjoy defending clients constitutionally protected non-public assets rights in the context of over-law and direct takings.
