Mr. Eckert offers his clients with customized provider and attention in cases regarding financial disaster, estate making plans and probate, foreclosure defense, corporate and enterprise law along with real property disputes. As a 35 yr resident of Volusia County, he has committed his career to supplying his customers with caring and capable carrier even as preserving them knowledgeable and up to date on the techniques worried with their cases. Over the years, Mr. Eckert has filed over 3000 bankruptcy instances, both private and commercial enterprise. He has handled and defended towards multiple loads of court cases on behalf of customers; which includes actions to gather debts, foreclosures, repossessions, garnishments, evictions, contracts and leases. Stacy Eckert enlisted in the United States Navy after excessive faculty and served six years as a Hospital Corpsman (a medic). In 1984, upon finishing his tour of responsibility with the Navy Mr. Eckert moved to Florida and completed his undergraduate college schooling at Florida International University in Miami. Upon commencement from college he moved to West Volusia County and attained a function teaching high college Economics, American Government and World History at Father Lopez High School in Daytona Beach. Making a profession change, he went on to graduate from The University of Florida Law School. While attending law school, he labored as a law clerk for a Gainesville law office supporting its lawyers in debt collection and civil litigation instances. He graduated from law faculty within the top 0.33 of his elegance. In 1993, Mr. Eckert again to West Volusia County and commenced paintings as an companion for a small neighborhood law workplace.
