Spencer practices employment, civil rights and private damage regulation. He is dedicated to representing personnel in employment disputes and individuals and their households in personal injury instances.
Since 2005, Spencer has litigated discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour, retaliation, and other employment disputes, which include settlement breach and fee instances.
