For nearly 40 years, Norman “Skip” Rogers has been helping Connecticut citizens with probate, commercial and residential real property, lending and business making plans.
Before beginning his personal law practice in New Hartford, Connecticut, Skip spent a number of years inside the banking and finance enterprise, serving as partner counsel with Hartford National Bank, after which for 10 years, as suggest and finally senior vice chairman with a subsidiary of Barclays Bank PLC.
Skip’s father served as a probate decide for 23 years. In real “apple falling from the tree” fashion, Skip succeeded his father as probate decide for the district of New Hartford - a position he retired from after two decades of provider.
Skip is keen on the outdoors. For six years he chaired the Farmington River Wild and Scenic Committee, which brought about the designation of the Farmington River as a National Wild and Scenic River. He became a beyond and founding board member of the Connecticut Farmland Trust.
