During regulation college, Simon interned with the Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services (RAICES) in which he assisted families with release from detention facilities, visa applications, and removal lawsuits.
Simon interned as a Certified Legal Intern for the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association and Florida A&M University College of Law Legal Clinic as a Guardian Ad Litem, representing the quality interest of kids outside and inside of the courts.
Simon also interned with a boutique law office in Dallas, supporting their customers with commercial real property, intellectual property, social media, tax making plans, employment law, and corporate transactions.
In addition to all the hard work with lecturers and exercise, Simon held leadership roles at some point of his entire tenure at law college. Simon became a Supreme Court Justice for the Florida A&M University Student Government Association, in which he lobbied for change to make sure that the Supreme Court could constantly encompass regulation students in the Court system. He was additionally elected as a representative for the College of Law via The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division Law School Affiliates, wherein he changed into venerated in receiving the “Governor of the Year” award from The Florida Bar.
Simon has moderated panel discussions, together with the inaugural Florida Law Schools’ Consortium for Racial Justice discussing “Civil Rights Litigation and Coalition Building inside the 21st Century.”
