Shelly focuses her practice on employment law and litigation, industrial litigation, merchandise legal responsibility, creation law, coverage protection and insurance, and appellate advocacy. She represents individuals and organizations in all aspects of business and employment disputes and particularly enjoys running with clients to assist them understand the prison manner. Shelly prides herself on being a tough suggest for her clients and locating strategic and creative answers in tough cases.
Shelly joined GTH in 2011. A graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, she commenced her felony profession in Alaska, first serving as a judicial law clerk for the Alaska State Court of Appeals, after which operating for a small corporation practising company and municipal law in Anchorage. Shelly continues an active license to exercise law in each Alaska and Washington.
Shelly is devoted to the Tacoma-Pierce County community. She serves at the board of directors for the Metropolitan Development Council and the Emergency Food Network. She is also a member of the Pierce County Chapter of Washington Women Lawyers. When she’s no longer running or volunteering, Shelly enjoys gardening and mastering approximately the thrill of historic-home possession.
